Talk about an opportunity that came at the right time, Stephen Mohan and his contracting company had just decided that they needed a building when they received a flier from Allied Steel.

"We just happened to be in the market for a building and got that," says Mohan. "I showed it to my boss with all the various options, and the price was great. It was just the right time."

After deciding that they would get 40' X 98' X 14' garage for their company, Mohan said Allied took care of the rest, saying that the process went very well from the timely delivery to erecting the building.

"We had some pretty inexperienced guys put up the building with no problems whatsoever," said Mohan. "The instructions and blueprints were pretty straight forward and labeled. There were some questions that we had because we don't do this all the time, but they were answered easily by your people."

Mohan says that if it wasn't for the flier that they received from Allied Steel regarding the opportunities, they wouldn't have had a building as timely and efficiently as they did.
