Timing is everything, especially in Minnesota, where you only have certain amount of time to get a building erected before the winter freezes the ground.
When Neal Person bought a building from Allied Steel, his biggest concern was to receive the order on time, before his contractor – Kraft Builders - run out of time. Yet, everything arrived punctually.
“It came in on time, which was great because my contractor was busy and I couldn’t afford to reschedule.”
The 40 X 72 X 16 building that Kraft erected for storing Person’s motor home and his antique cars also had heat insulation installed to deal with the cold temperatures.
“When I bought the building, it also came with an insulation package and two 10 X 10 roll-up doors, so that was a nice bonus. It cost me a little more, but I didn’t care; it was worth it. You might as well do it right.”
Person was very happy with the final results of his purchase.
“It’s the first time I had done a direct deal like this,” said Person. “Everything that Allied did was great. I am really pleased with it.” |
